One Click Reel turns videos you upload into edited reels. This page says what we keep, why, who helps us process it, and how to delete it.

What we keep

• Your Google account's name and email address, to sign you in.
• The videos you upload, and the reels and in-between files we make from them (graded footage, cleaned audio, transcripts, still frames).
• What you type for a video (spellings, requests) and your settings (style, handle, editing notes).
• A record of each processing run: how long it took and what it cost, and your rating if you give one.

Who helps us process it

• Gagarin Cloud hosts the app, its database and your files.
• ElevenLabs transcribes your video's audio. If that fails, OpenAI (through the Vercel AI Gateway) does.
• OpenAI, through the Vercel AI Gateway, plans and checks the edit: it receives your transcript, your requests and notes, and still frames of the edit in progress.
• Perplexity, through the Vercel AI Gateway, runs web searches the editor makes about things you mention, such as a product's website or logo.
• Google handles sign-in.

We don't sell your data, show ads, or use your videos for anything but making your reels.

Who on our side can see it

Only our admins, and only to support you and to fix and improve the editing: a project's settings, timings, costs and your rating, and the finished reel. They can't see your original upload, change or delete your projects. Every time an admin opens someone's project or reel, it is logged.

How long we keep it

• Your videos and reels: until you delete them, or your account.
• Uploads that never finish are deleted after a day; uploads never started, after a week.
• When you delete your account, everything above goes. We keep only the cost of each past run, without your name, file names, requests or notes, so our accounts add up.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Your choices

• Delete a reel from its page, or your whole account from Settings.
• Ask us anything, or for a copy of your data: drumandbassbob@gmail.com.
